About Being A Vendor

Each accepted vendor receives a space of about 8 x5 with 1 table and 1 chair which is included in the $250.00 vendor fee.

To insure that the vendor area receives maximum traffic, the vendor area will host the Auction/raffle, the morning registration, the morning continental breakfast, the morning and afternoon coffee breaks, the buffet lunch, and the Saturday cocktail reception/Poster Session Presentation. Each attendee will be given a Passport to be stamped with a visit to each vendor to qualify for valuable prizes.

The fee includes continental breakfast and lunch for one person. (Lunch & breakfast for additional vendor staff @ $25.) It does not include entrance to Symposium or banquet.

Sponsor A Speaker

In order to keep registration and other fees low, Parrots International depends on individual sponsors to defer the cost of bringing in the Featured Speakers. Travel, hotel & general expenses for each Featured Speaker are between $1000 to $2500. Speaker Sponsors receive acknowledgement in the Program Book, the Sponsors web page, and on the marquee of the Featured Speaker you choose to sponsor.

You may also sponsor and contribute to the Symposium General Fund.
